Canceling MY FIT BOX is simple & easy.
Log-in to your account by visiting the 'My Account' tab at the bottom of our home page. Log-in using the email & password you first used on sign up.
Step 1 - Login
Step 2 - Select 'Subscriptions'
Step 3 - Select 'View' below your next payment details.
Step 4 - Select 'Cancel' in the actions section.
Step 5 - you receive confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled.
If you are cancelling because your not happy with My Fit Box or we've done something wrong, we'd like to understand why so we may improve our service.

NB: Our month to month subscriptions automatically expire after 6 months. Boxes ship on the 15th of each month.
